New York Licensed Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the New York Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring effective case management and optimal recovery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and employers to facilitate timely return to work
• Conduct assessments of injured individuals to determine recovery progress and adjust case goals accordingly
• Utilize case management standards and advanced knowledge of injuries and treatments to provide effective recommendations

Required qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York and Compact RN required
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
