Seeking a New York Licensed Toxic Tort Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage litigation cases within the Toxic Tort law practice group, requiring a minimum of 3 years of general liability litigation experience, with a preference for toxic tort law.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation cases, acting as lead or second counsel
- Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and represent clients in trials
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering superior service
Required qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York; admission in New Jersey is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort law
- Experience with depositions, motions, and trial proceedings
- Excellent academic credentials and proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
- Clerkship or law review experience preferred
