Key responsibilities
- Manage trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for a diverse brand IP portfolio
- Provide strategic counseling on generative AI, content rights, and digital marketing agreements
- Oversee contract review and management of infringement claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Required qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in a US jurisdiction and in good standing
- Substantial experience in trademark and copyright law, including portfolio strategy and licensing
- Experience advising on generative AI and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with marketing and agency agreements, strategic transactions, and M&A
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with preference for candidates located in New York City
