Job Summary
Leading the legal and regulatory affairs functions, the full-time salaried New York Licensed Vice President of Legal Affairs will ensure compliance with laws and regulations while advising executive leadership and managing legal risks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute legal, compliance, and regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor on legal, compliance, and risk matters affecting the organization
- Lead compliance efforts to ensure adherence to applicable laws and government program requirements
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school
- Ten (10) years of progressive legal and compliance experience
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, or regulatory law preferred
- Five (5) years of leadership experience preferred
- Current unrestricted license to practice law in New York
