Job Summary

Analyzing GL, Property & Product Liability claims, the full-time Liability Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex customer claims for a dedicated client, ensuring compliance with service expectations and industry best practices, while working remotely and holding a New York or Hawaii license.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Licensing as a New York or Hawaii Claims Adjuster is required
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdictional claims practices
