New York Risk Adjustment Manager

Job Summary

Managing business processes related to risk adjustment and quality improvement, the full-time Remote New York Risk Adjustment Manager will develop action plans, implement operational workflows, and evaluate strategies across various departments for assigned products and plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to address issues identified by business units, including detailed workplans and progress reports
• Identify and partner with departments to implement business requirements specific to assigned products
• Prepare dashboards for senior management and identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of project management, operations, quality improvement, or data analysis/reporting experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, or long-term care environments preferred
• New York MLTC experience strongly preferred
