Seeking a seasoned New York Senior Counsel, this hybrid role will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships.
Key responsibilities

- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in the State of New York
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficient in managing full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and MS Suite
