Job Summary
Working remotely while based in the New York City metro area, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage technical relationships with enterprise clients, collaborating with Client Executives to drive business outcomes and architect solutions across complex environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, uncovering business challenges and technical gaps
- Collaborate with Client Executives to develop strategies, build pipelines, and close business opportunities
- Architect and configure tailored solutions from the NetApp portfolio, engaging in forward-looking discussions about data strategy and hybrid cloud
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment
- Proven success with enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, particularly storage solutions
- Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection strategies
