Job Summary

Seeking experienced Title Insurance Specialists in a full-time capacity, the position offers hybrid or remote flexibility and focuses on closing, reading, and recording real estate documents while managing title issues and coordinating transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review title searches, municipal searches, surveys, and commitments while preparing title reports and clearing title issues
• Coordinate residential and commercial closings, prepare HUD-1/Closing Disclosures, and manage closing conditions
• Prepare, submit, and track real estate documents for recording across county platforms, resolving any document rejections

Required qualifications

• 1-5+ years of hands-on experience in the Title Insurance or Settlement Services industry
• Familiarity with industry title production software such as ResWare, SoftPro, or Qualia
• Strong understanding of New York title clearance and recording requirements
• Proficient in real estate document preparation
• Ability to manage time-sensitive files effectively
