Newspaper Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing operational support services to newspaper publishing organizations nationwide, the full-time Newspaper Services Representative will manage advertising orders, coordinate ad trafficking, and assist with customer support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage advertising orders in designated advertising systems
• Coordinate ad trafficking for print and digital publications
• Review, proof, and finalize advertisements to ensure accuracy and quality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or administrative experience, with 2+ years preferred
• Experience in newspaper publishing, media operations, or advertising preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software applications
