Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Newsroom Editor will accurately prepare and transmit news releases, manage client communications, and ensure timely operations within the Newsroom team.
Key responsibilities
- Format, edit, and proofread press releases for distribution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests
- Monitor incoming orders and manage client communications to resolve any issues related to press release submissions
- Collaborate with other departments and assist with overflow tasks as necessary to maintain operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in standard business applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
