Job Summary

As an NHS Payroll Controller, the full-time on-site role will manage the full payroll lifecycle for NHS employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments while collaborating with NHS Trusts, HMRC, and NHS Pensions across various locations in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll input and produce monthly reports for clients, submitting BACS upon authorization
• Handle client queries professionally, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Maintain communication with third parties, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements

Required qualifications

• Understanding of payroll legislation and statutory deductions
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Methodical and analytical working style
