Job Summary
Designing and optimizing scalable solutions, the hybrid NICE Cxone Engineer will translate complex customer experience needs into robust technical architectures, focusing on Restful APIs and NICE platforms for global enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical architectures integrating Restful APIs with NICE ContactEngine and Cxone to enhance customer experience solutions
- Collaborate with product owners to translate customer engagement requirements into actionable technical designs and guide engineering teams on best practices
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and establish governance models for configuration management of NICE platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures focused on service-oriented and microservices-based solutions
- Advanced expertise in Restful APIs, including designing resource models and implementing error and version management practices
- Substantial experience with NICE ContactEngine and Cxone, including configuration and optimization for contact center operations
- Familiarity with automotive industry processes, particularly connected services and customer aftersales journeys
- Strong communication and documentation skills to articulate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
