Job Summary
Seeking a hybrid NICE CXone Engineer, the role involves designing, building, and deploying call flow automation and self-service capabilities within the Cognigy platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure IVR call flows, including authentication flows and self-service journeys
- Integrate call flows with CRM data systems and support NICE CXone integration
- Participate in automation testing and collaborate on microservices-based application architecture
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of GraphQL and REST API integration patterns
- Experience with authentication flows (OTP/MFA) in a telephony context
- Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integration for real-time caller context
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles
