Job Summary

Supervising field staff and scheduling care for CoxHealth at Home clients, the PRN Night Coordinator will manage after-hours operations, ensuring quality service delivery on weekends and holidays in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and coordinate care schedules for clients in their homes after regular business hours
• Ensure effective communication and service delivery between clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Adapt to changing conditions and manage responsibilities efficiently under stress

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred minimum of one (1) year of office experience in a service-related setting
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment is preferred
• Ability to function independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Exhibit an empathetic attitude toward clients, particularly the sick and elderly
