Job Summary
To support efficient logistics operations, the full-time Night Fuel Dispatcher will manage the dispatching of fuel orders, prioritize urgent requests, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch orders for fuel products and deliveries
- Maintain records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery schedules
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and manage truck maintenance schedules
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of Transportation Dispatching experience required; Fuel Dispatching experience preferred
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Software is a plus
- Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
