NLP Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance healthcare data analysis, the full-time remote NLP Data Scientist will develop NLP and LLM pipelines for data abstraction from structured and unstructured healthcare data, while collaborating with a team to create high-quality datasets for AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop NLP and LLM pipelines to extract relevant labels from healthcare data and maintain scalable data models
• Query complex health data sources to identify key elements and enrich datasets for real-world evidence analyses
• Ensure data integrity and validity while supporting the technical product team in advancing data-related offerings

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or a B.S. with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of data science and machine learning experience, particularly with healthcare data
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience in ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Familiarity with modern LLM techniques applied to real-world data
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
