Job Summary
Responsible for originating and processing real estate mortgage loans, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Bilingual Loan Originator will source leads, build relationships with real estate agents, and analyze applicants' financial status while promoting mortgage products.
Key responsibilities
- Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real estate agents and other lead sources
- Analyze applicants' financial status and provide guidance on loan options and terms
- Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with clients and referral sources
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
- Proven ability to proactively solicit new business
- Knowledge of mortgage products and programs
