NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support the sales team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Officer will originate mortgages using company leads and technology, ensuring excellent customer service while processing applications and adhering to underwriting standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and make calls based on leads, analyzing credit reports to determine suitable loan products
• Manage the origination process by obtaining disclosures, resolving file issues, and ensuring timely submission of applications
• Provide administrative support, including tracking marketing materials and maintaining client databases

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• NMLS license required; active MLO licensing is mandatory
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
