NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting the customer journey from application to initial disclosures, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist Loan Officers by gathering documentation, managing a pipeline of over 200 loan applications monthly, and ensuring timely follow-ups for successful loan closings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers in gathering required documentation and ensuring minimum submission requirements are met
- Manage a pipeline of loan applications and follow up on disclosed loans for timely signing
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with borrower requests while promoting a people-first culture
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant
- Active NMLS license or ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of hire
- Experience using loan origination systems such as Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
