NMLS Licensed Loan Partner

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced NMLS Licensed Loan Partner II, the full-time remote position will manage client applications, structure loan scenarios, and ensure timely communication with borrowers and realtors throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Loan Originators, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate file tracking and communication
• Submit complete loan applications and review documentation for discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date status information for all files
• Coordinate with Title companies and other parties to schedule and confirm closing details while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending laws

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including knowledge of VA and FHA products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software
• Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required
• Strong understanding of conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loans
• Ability to manage multiple files and maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
