Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Loan Processor will manage a large pipeline of home equity loan applications, ensuring thorough documentation review and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting production and service level agreements
• Conduct thorough application reviews, including documentation collection and income calculations, while providing timely updates to customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within established timeframes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience
• Must be State NMLS licensed and have passed the Uniform State Test
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
