Assisting the Mortgage Regional Manager, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Manager will lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals while maintaining a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans, with responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support Mortgage Loan Originators to meet operational excellence and growth targets
- Recruit, interview, and train talent while fostering employee retention and performance management
- Promote a sales-driven environment through training, coaching, and marketing material development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of relevant experience in mortgage banking
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, operations, and market trends
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and sales strategy skills
