Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Outside Loan Originator will source mortgage leads, build relationships with real estate agents, and process mortgage applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source mortgage leads and develop referral networks to locate loan prospects
- Analyze applicants' financial status and explain various loan options to customers
- Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with real estate agents
Required qualifications
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Knowledge of mortgage products and programs
- Experience with Encompass preferred
