Experienced mortgage professionals will find a full-time, commission-based opportunity as an NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Consultant, responsible for sourcing new business, developing referral relationships, and guiding borrowers through the reverse mortgage process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport and leverage relationships with borrowers to help them achieve their mortgage financing goals
- Consult with customers to analyze their financial situations and provide tailored loan product solutions
- Manage the loan application process in conjunction with operational support staff and ensure loans meet quality standards
Required qualifications
- Active NMLS license
- Two or more years of full-time reverse loan origination experience
- Proven ability to self-source reverse mortgage business through established networks
- Experience with structuring and pricing loans
- High school diploma or GED
