Job Summary
Producing high-quality loans in compliance with Reverse Mortgage guidelines, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Specialist will manage a personal pipeline, achieve production goals, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline production and resolve issues related to loan closing and funding
- Exhibit a sense of urgency in executing job functions while adhering to company standards of integrity and client focus
- Meet or exceed established customer service delivery levels and perform additional duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Active NMLS License is required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Reverse Mortgage Sales or related mortgage origination
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
