Job Summary
Producing high-quality loans that meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Specialist will manage a personal pipeline, achieve production goals, and provide superior customer service while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline production and resolve issues related to loan closing and funding
- Ensure compliance with company standards for integrity, client focus, and teamwork
- Exhibit a sense of urgency in executing job functions and duties while meeting customer service delivery levels
Required qualifications
- Active NMLS License is required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Reverse Mortgage Sales or related mortgage origination
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
