NOC Analyst I
Job Summary
Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the NOC Analyst I will monitor and maintain network and system performance during evening and overnight hours, ensuring optimal uptime and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using various tools and software
- Identify and troubleshoot network and system issues, escalating as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of network and system configurations and changes
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with network and system monitoring tools; familiarity with ConnectWise Ticketing, OpenDNS, Kaseya VSA, and PRTG is a plus
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Basic understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
