NOC Analyst II
Job Summary
To support a dynamic Network Operations Center, the full-time NOC Analyst II will monitor and maintain network and system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior analysts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using various tools and software
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex network and system issues as necessary
- Document configurations and changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in network and system monitoring or a related field
- Familiarity with network and system monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Ticketing and PRTG
- Knowledge of advanced networking concepts, including load balancing, VPN, and firewalls
- Advanced understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux
