NOC Analyst II
Job Summary
Working weekends from Friday to Monday, the full-time salaried NOC Analyst II will monitor and maintain network and system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior analysts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using various tools and software
- Identify and troubleshoot complex network and system issues, escalating as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in network and system monitoring or related field
- Experience with network and system monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Ticketing and PRTG
- Knowledge of advanced networking concepts such as load balancing and firewalls
- Advanced understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux
