Job Summary
Supporting the stability and availability of Financial Markets infrastructure, the full-time NOC Support Engineer will manage incident tickets, troubleshoot complex IP network issues, and provide customer-facing support while working remotely or onsite in various locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for large-scale TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, including routing protocols like OSPF and BGP
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers and switches
- Manage vendor interactions and escalate issues to engineering support when necessary
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Network Operations and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and routing protocols
- ITIL Certification
- Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in a financial industry support role, preferably with a managed service provider
