NOC Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of Level 1 NOC agents, the full-time remote NOC Team Lead will oversee infrastructure monitoring, conduct initial troubleshooting, and ensure effective escalation of unresolved issues while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring and patching of infrastructure equipment, including servers, switches, and firewalls
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to address high-priority incidents and downed devices
- Ensure thorough documentation for each ticket and facilitate necessary escalations
Required qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities in scheduling, coaching, and mentoring NOC team members
- Strong commitment to ITIL standards and maintaining PCI compliance
- Experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
