NOC Technician
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive NOC Technician for the 2nd shift, who will monitor network and security platforms, respond to incidents, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure system reliability and performance in a full-time onsite role.
Key responsibilities
- Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify and document issues and trends
- Coordinate with IT teams to establish troubleshooting protocols and facilitate issue resolution
- Respond to IT security events and act as the first point of contact for client network issues
Required qualifications
- Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and the OSI Model
- Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support (internships accepted)
- Familiarity with Open-Source technologies
- Legal residency in specified states for remote work eligibility
