NOC Technician
Job Summary
Seeking motivated IT professionals, the full-time NOC Technician will monitor network, server, application, and security platforms, respond to alerts and outages, and coordinate resolution efforts while working onsite in Lancaster, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify and document issues and trends
- Maintain reporting of network data and collaborate with IT teams to establish troubleshooting protocols
- Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues and facilitate communication between IT teams and end users
Required qualifications
- Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, Mac OS, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and the OSI Model
- Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support (internships accepted)
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space
- Legal residency in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility
