Job Summary

To ensure efficient service delivery in a healthcare environment, the full-time salaried Non-Clinical Care Management Supervisor will manage non-clinical operations, oversee administrative staff, and collaborate with clinical teams while working remotely with occasional in-office meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise non-clinical staff to maintain high performance and engagement
• Coordinate daily operational activities, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure efficient workflow
• Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies within non-clinical areas

Required qualifications:

• 4 years of work experience, including healthcare experience
• 3 years of customer service or relevant work experience
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Experience with healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• B.A. or B.S. in a related field
