Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op

Job Summary

To support the Innovative Health organization, the fully remote Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op will assist with research on clinical development trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to innovation demonstration projects while gaining hands-on experience in clinical research and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies relevant to clinical development and patient experience
• Assist with project planning activities, including timelines, milestone tracking, and documentation for innovation demonstration projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project effectiveness and contribute to special initiatives supporting the Innovative Health mission

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, business, engineering, data science, or healthcare innovation
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in healthcare, clinical research, or innovation
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global cross-functional team environment
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship
