Non-Licensed Therapist (CO)

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Non-Licensed Therapist (CO) will provide culturally competent individual, family, and group therapy, manage clinical documentation, and assist patients in improving their psychiatric and substance use disorders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy under the supervision of a licensed therapist, ensuring adherence to state guidelines
• Conduct patient assessments to identify conditions, establish diagnoses, and develop coordinated treatment plans
• Manage a clinical caseload and maintain accurate clinical documentation across multiple care modalities

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a counseling profession (social work, counseling) is required
• 1-3 years of experience working in mental health and/or substance use disorders is required
• 1-3 years of experience in client assessment and providing individual/family psychotherapy and group therapy is required
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical frameworks and the disease progression of mental health or addictive disorders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
