Job Summary
Bringing extensive nonprofit leadership experience, the part-time contract Mentor-In-Residence will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a cohort of nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs in the UpTide Accelerator, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, revenue generation, and grant writing, with virtual sessions from January to April 2027 and an in-person Showcase Week in New York City in May.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized mentorship on strategic planning, communications, revenue generation, and grant writing
- Facilitate virtual cohort sessions and leverage industry connections to support cohort members
- Build a collaborative cohort environment and strengthen ties within the nonprofit ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership or social impact scaling with a budget over $4 million
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or advising nonprofit executives
- Strong connections in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector
- Availability for biweekly virtual sessions from January to April 2027
- Commitment to supporting nonprofit leaders addressing the Crisis of Community
