Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff processing appeals, coding disputes, and grievances while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulations
- Guide team priorities and motivate staff to meet operational goals and improve workflows
- Consult with staff for Appeals Committee meetings and handle complex customer inquiries regarding appeals and disputes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
