Job Summary
Providing automotive technical support and advice, the full-time North Carolina Automotive Maintenance Coordinator will review repair orders, negotiate service intervals and pricing, and communicate with clients while working remotely from the Raleigh area.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to orders submitted via phone and email, ensuring efficiency and friendliness
- Review proposals for compliance with manufacturer service intervals and negotiate pricing for services
- Contact clients to provide repair recommendations, explain procedures, and obtain approval
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the Raleigh area or surrounding NC counties
- Six months of customer service and automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
