North Carolina Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time North Carolina Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, utilizing effective recruitment methods and occasionally performing minimal research tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Screen patients for eligibility and provide comprehensive information about the research program and ancillary studies
• Conduct daily phone outreach and manage appointment scheduling for participants to complete enrollment and retention activities

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
