Job Summary
Supporting the Transition of Care team, the part-time Clinical Administrative Coordinator in North Carolina will manage health plan communications, respond to inquiries, and document member activities while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and triage incoming and outgoing health plan communications, including phone and email inquiries
- Accurately document member activities and referrals in the Community Care case management platform
- Coordinate daily disenrollment notifications and perform administrative tasks to support member transitions
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience working in electronic health systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Access to a designated quiet workspace with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
