North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of middle-market accounts, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Account Manager will provide quality service, handle client communications, and support account retention efforts, with the option to work remotely or hybrid from Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective partnerships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Assist clients with coverage changes and service issues while identifying marketing opportunities
• Market and negotiate renewal options, preparing necessary documentation and materials

Required qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload effectively
