Job Summary
To support individuals on their journey towards recovery, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Behavioral Counselor will plan and conduct group therapy sessions, assist with treatment planning, and coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs
- Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress towards treatment plan goals
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team and document treatment data in the electronic health record
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, consistent with state-level regulations
- Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum LCAS-A or LCAS
