Job Summary
Providing clinical support for the Front Line Care business, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Care Clinician will manage customer support, clinical troubleshooting, and implementation of clinical solutions while collaborating with healthcare partners remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical expertise on safe and effective product use, focusing on key quality metrics related to nursing
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers, including CNOs and Infection Prevention stakeholders
- Support retention activities and participate in trials and post-implementation support for assigned accounts
Required qualifications
- Active RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification as per state requirements
- Experience in clinical practice related to hospital-acquired conditions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Strong clinical acumen and presentation skills
- Willingness to participate in local trade shows and educational events as needed
