North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation and treatment plans in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate support for assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
• Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records
• Implement trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
• Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
