Job Summary
Leading a team of installers, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Installer IV will supervise installation projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and create accurate installation specifications while working onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the installation team and manage job progress, material shortages, and customer complaints
- Create and maintain comprehensive installation specifications and records for telecommunications equipment
- Conduct in-process quality audits and ensure adherence to customer installation and quality standards
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Level III Installer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and company databases
- Ability to lift tools and equipment as needed (minimum 10 lbs)
- Strong understanding of customer specifications and standards
