Job Summary
To support a growing teletherapy practice, the part-time North Carolina Licensed LMHC Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists, ensuring high-quality care while working remotely and without a client caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees to support a holistic care team
- Maintain accurate supervisory documentation and participate in ongoing training to stay current in youth mental health care
Required qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
