Job Summary
Fluent in Spanish and holding an active MLO license, the fully remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant will support individual Loan Officers by communicating with borrowers, assisting with loan applications, and managing documentation to facilitate the mortgage process during East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support one assigned Loan Officer by communicating directly with borrowers during the initial stages of the mortgage process
- Assist with mortgage loan applications and collect necessary borrower documentation
- Maintain organization and follow up on outstanding information to help keep loans moving toward closing
Required qualifications
- Active MLO license required; Florida and/or North Carolina licensing strongly preferred
- Mortgage origination experience required
- Experience working directly with mortgage borrowers
- Comfortable assisting with loan applications and documentation
- Able to work independently in a remote environment during East Coast hours
