Job Summary
To support value-based strategies and clinical operations, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Medical Director will utilize clinical expertise to interface with physicians, providers, and community groups while managing healthcare initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and drive strategies for healthcare initiatives, including sales management and behavioral health strategies
- Evaluate clinical data to identify opportunities for improving health outcomes and financial performance
- Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance consumer and provider experiences
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school with completion of residency training
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Current North Carolina medical license
- Board certification in an ABMS/AOA recognized clinical specialty
